Deb founded Deb Rae Solutions in 2012 to follow her passion of supporting staff to understand themselves and others in a whole new way and achieve more than they thought was possible. She loves learning and endlessly reads, listens to podcasts and practices very poor Spanish.

Russell Gunning

Logistics Coordinator

Russ has worked with Deb Rae Solutions since 2016. He is responsible for the organisation’s workshop resources and equipment and jumps in with admin when needed. He is also chief wrangler of the three energic dogs that have taken ownership of his house.
